It is expected that, given good faith on both sides, all issues brought to our attention by users can be resolved quickly without recourse to a formal complaint.
However, should EPSRC users deem that some part of the Service provided by the Royal Society of Chemistry has not been satisfactorily delivered in some way, then they have the right to activate the Formal Complaints Procedure.
